Withdrawal period

In accordance with the French regulations in force, you have a period of retraction of 14 days as from the date of reception of your jewel. To exert it, we invite you to contact our Customer Service which will be pleased to guide you. Please note that the return costs, in accordance with the regulations, remain at your expense.

Returns

During your legal period of retractation, you can also return a jewel to us for a setting to size if the jewel allows it, an exchange of model or a refund.

Return for resizing

Because an error in the choice of size is always possible, you can return a jewel to us for a discount if the jewel allows it. You have for that purpose your period of retractation of 14 days as from the reception of your jewel. This first discount to the size, made in our workshops, will be offered to you.

Return for model exchange or refund

Although this is highly unlikely, it is also possible that once your jewelry is received and tried on, you may no longer be enchanted with your purchase. In this case, you have 14 days to return it to us, subject to strict compliance with these few conditions:

  • the jewel must be in perfect condition,
  • the jewel must imperatively have kept its label in order to prove that it was not worn,
  • the jewel must be returned to us in its original packaging accompanied by its certificate of authenticity,
  • the jewel must not have been returned to us the first time for a cutting. We can of course proceed to a second cutting at your expense,
  • the jewel must be blank of any inscription or personalized engraving.

According to your desire, we will reimburse you or give you a credit note for an exchange for another Evenor jewel.

The Evenor 6 months Warranty

All our jewels are strictly controlled and benefit from an International Warranty of 6 months against any manufacturing defect from the date of your purchase.
