I. Why do we need some of your personal data?
EVENOR collects data relating to your use of the Site www.evenor.fr in order to optimise your visiting experience and offer you the best quality of service.
At EVENOR, we consider the protection of your personal data a priority. This is why we have implemented this Personal Data Policy.

III. The personal data we collect
We strictly do not collect any sensitive data about you.
III.1 Data collected during your visits
We use specific technologies to enhance your visit experience. This may result in the automatic collection of personal data about you by us or third parties/providers acting on our behalf. These technologies include cookies and audience measurement tools.
www.evenor.fr may display links to or from partner and affiliate sites. These sites have their own privacy policies and are solely responsible for them. We recommend that you consult these policies before submitting personal data to them.
Browsing path
We collect data about your visit to our Site via your browser. We use this data in order to improve your visit experience and the quality of the products and services we deliver to you. This data is collected automatically and stored by us or service providers on our behalf.
The data collected may relate to your navigation device (computer, tablet, smartphone) for technical, marketing and statistical analysis purposes. This data may include :

III.2 Data You Provide to Us
In addition to the data collected automatically, we also analyze the data you have provided us with, such as :
identification data: your contact information, title, gender, first and last name, date of birth, date of marriage, date of your love encounter, photograph, billing address, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address. If you wish to communicate personal data relating to a third party, please make sure that you are authorised to do so;
the information you provide when creating an account on the Site ;
the information you provide when creating your Wish List and Favorites;
the information you provide when you participate in an operation organized or sponsored by Evenor;
the information you provide us with via third parties, in particular the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest websites;
information that you upload or share via our site;
if you have an account on our Site, the preferences and interests stored in your profile.
In accordance with the regulations, you may modify your personal data at any time or object to their further processing (please refer to paragraph 7).
IV. Processing of collected data
IV.1 If you create or have an account on the Site, we may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- present our Site in an optimal way on your various devices ;
- manage your orders;
- verify your identity, process your requests and improve our services;
- to perform our contractual obligations;
- inform you of commercial and administrative developments on the Site;
- manage our registers;
- manage your Wish List, which you may share with third parties;
- keep your jewelry sizes for you, which you may share with others;
- allow you to share Site content via e-mail directly from the Site;
- allow you to participate in events and promotions;
- customize your content on the Site to provide you with a quality experience;
- prevent and/or detect any misuse or fraud;
- with your consent, contact you directly for marketing and statistical analysis purposes;
- use your personal data for marketing and statistical analysis purposes.
IV.2 When you visit one of EVENOR’s sites, your personal data may be processed as follows:

V. Legal Basis
The legal basis on which we process your personal data is set out in Article 6 1, b) of the General Regulation on Data Protection of the European Union No. 2016/679 (RGPD), such processing being necessary for the performance of our contract with you or to deal with your pre-contractual questions and comments.
We may also process your personal data on the basis of Article 6 1, f) of the RGPD, unless your rights to privacy and liberties prevail over our interests. We have a legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data (such as your name and e-mail address) for commercial and statistical purposes. Our legitimate interest is based on your preferences and is aimed at improving our offers concerning you and your visiting experience and for analysis purposes.
VI. Disclosure of personal data
We are committed to treating your data with the utmost care and confidentiality. However, your data may be passed on to third parties if required by law. We use the services of external service providers in order to process some of the data on our behalf. These services include authentication, hosting and maintenance of our systems, analysis, e-mail messaging, delivery, processing of payment transactions, credit, address and e-mail checks. These service providers may only process personal data to the extent necessary to carry out their mission. Our service providers are contractually bound to treat this information with the strictest confidentiality. In particular, they are strictly prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than their mission.
Some of our service providers are located outside the EU/EEA. Our service providers are selected on the basis of compliance with strict conditions, in particular :
- the country in question is considered safe;
- the service provider concerned adheres to the European Commission’s standard clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries;
- the service provider in question is certified in accordance with Article 40 of the DPMR; or
- the service provider in question has a set of approved Binding Corporate Rules (BCR).
We may disclose non-personal data in anonymous form to our partners. This non-personal data may include information about the number of visitors to a website or (mobile) application over a period of time.
Please note that any information you publish or communicate through your interaction with EVENOR (such as personal data included in the photos, stories, comments and videos you submit) will become public information and may be made available to visitors to the Site.
We may need to disclose your information in order to comply with any legal, regulatory or judicial obligation, or in order to enforce our privacy policy and other agreements, to protect the rights, property or safety of EVENOR, our employees, our customers and third parties. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
VII. Your rights
You are completely free to decide whether or not to provide us with your personal data when you visit our Sites. However, this transmission does give you the possibility to order our products and services, to use certain specific functionalities such as the Wish List, and to benefit from specific advantages. Of course, you remain free to modify and/or update your data at any time. You can also choose to unsubscribe from certain services, such as subscribing to our Newsletter, and delete your account on our Sites. You may also receive information about the data that we and our service providers hold about you.
In general, you have the following rights:
VII.1 Access to your personal data
You can access your personal data by logging into your account on www.evenor.fr, under “My Account”. You can also contact us via Site.
VII.2 Modification and/or deletion of your personal data
If you have an Account on one of our Sites, you can correct, add or delete your personal data. You may also contact us.
VII.3. Limiting the processing of your personal data
You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data. To do so, you can either not accept or remove the cookies concerned, or contact us.
VII.4. Portability of your data
You have the right to receive your personal data (only about you) in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (“data portability”)? You also have the right to transfer this data to a third party for processing. To request portability of your data, please contact us.
VII.5. Opposition to the processing of your personal data and your unsubscription
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise your right to object at any time via our contact form, or by postal mail to the address given in paragraph II hereof.
EVENOR’s marketing communication mails to you contain an unsubscribe link that you can activate at any time.
The administrative and order management e-mails are an integral part of the use of your User Account (management of your Wish List, processing of your orders, in particular). They can only be interrupted by deleting your Account. You may delete your Account at any time by contacting us.
VII.6. The right to withdraw your consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. However, this does not affect previous processing carried out with your consent. To do so, please contact us.
Similarly, you may withdraw your consent initially given to receive commercial communications. To do so, please contact us.
VII.7. The right to decide on the fate of your personal data in the event of death
If your situation as a user is governed by French law, under the terms of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”), you have the right to give us instructions concerning the storage, deletion and commissioning of your personal data after your death, à D. ne plaise. These instructions may be :
- general. You may then provide your instructions to a trusted digital third party certified by the French supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) ;
- specific. You may then provide your instructions to each data controller concerned, including EVENOR.
If you wish to give us instructions concerning your personal data in such a case, you may contact us on this site or by post at the address given in §II hereof.
VII.8. Limitations and conditions of application of your rights
The portability of your data may depend on circumstances specific to the activity in which it is processed. Consequently, it is technically impossible for us to guarantee this right in all circumstances.
VIII. Retention of your personal data
EVENOR keeps your personal data according to the following methods:
VIII.1 Newsletter
Your subscription to our newsletter does not require an account. If you have not clicked on a link contained in a newsletter for more than two years, you are considered an inactive subscriber. However, if you make a purchase on our site during this period, the new status of buyer applies to you.
At the end of this two-year period, the personal data of our inactive subscribers is completely erased. Only the data required by law will be kept. The personal data concerned is erased by our services every month in all our computer systems.
VIII.2 User account (“My Account”)
You can create an account on the site without making a purchase. For example, you will be able to create your wish list and share it with your friends.
If you do not log in to your account, you do not click on a link contained in an email we send you for a period of two years, your account will be considered inactive. All your personal data will then be completely deleted. This includes your first and last name and gender, date of birth, e-mail address, residential and delivery address, telephone number, birthdays, birthdays, wish list, and your purchases. Only the data required by law will be kept.
The personal data concerned is deleted by our services every month in all our computer systems.
IX. Security and integrity of your data
We use methods and technologies to protect your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as unlawful or improper processing or use.
The service providers that we use to collect and process your personal data are legally and contractually bound by strict security procedures for the protection and processing of this data.
IX.1. Guarantee of security
It is your responsibility to ensure that the password you use to access the site remains strictly confidential.
Given the nature of the Internet, and while we make every effort to ensure that we provide you with the highest level of protection and confidentiality, we cannot guarantee complete security. You therefore transmit this information under your own responsibility.
IX.2. Social networks
Our website and mobile applications provide you with social plug-ins from various social networks. If you choose to interact with a social network, your activity on our website or (mobile) applications will also be made available to social networks, including Facebook and Twitter.
If you logged in to one of these social network sites during your visit to one of our websites or (mobile) applications, the social network site may add this information to your profile. If you interact with one of the social network plug-ins, this information will be transferred to the social network site. If you do not want this transfer of data, please disconnect from the social network site before visiting one of our websites or (mobile) applications. We cannot prevent the collection of this data and the transfer of information from the social (plug-in) plug-in. Please read the privacy policies of your social networks carefully for more information about their collection and transfer of personal data, your rights and how you can satisfactorily configure privacy.
In addition, in order to improve your user and brand experience, your data may be transferred to a third party (for example, the EVENOR products and news that you have viewed on our page may be posted on Facebook – we refer you to section 3.1.3 of this Retargeting Policy).
IX.3. Geolocation Services
Our applications can use localization services. You can choose to enable or disable your location-based services in your device or browser settings.
X. Consequence of not disclosing personal data
It is not possible to create an account or make a purchase on the Site with the minimum required information about you, such as your first and last name and contact information. You will be informed of the mandatory or optional nature of the data to be provided at the time of collection of your data.
